ORDER

Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 03.03.2016 seeking to rectify the defects made in the revenue entries in respect of patta No.941, R.S.No.291/1 measuring to an extent of 1 Acre and 35 cents situated at Thangachamy Nagar, Ward No.14, Village No.57, Thiruppathur Town, Sivagangai District. The same is said to be still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
