ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.This writ petition has been filed prematurely. Even according to the petitioner, some private individuals who have not been made parties to the writ petition are trying to encroach the petition mentioned water body. As and when encroachment takes place, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court again for relief.

3.We, however, express our hope that the respondents will remain mindful of their duties and responsibilities and will ensure that the water body is not at all encroached upon.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
