Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to issue joint patta to the petitioner based on the decree in O.S.No.165 of 2012 on the file of the Sub-Court, Sivagangai, dated 09.04.2014. To that effect he has also made a representation before the respondents on 08.02.2016.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the necessary parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
