2.It is now reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the respondent police have filed a final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Kumbakonam and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.584 of 2025. 3.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing the contempt petition.
