ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the Criminal appeal against the Judgment dated 22.11.2022 passed in C.A No.113/2018 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, at Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District confirming the sentence passed by the judgment dated 29.08.2018 in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) NO. 9797 of 2025 C.C.NO.38 of 2016 on the file of teh Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
