It is submitted by both sides that the petitioner's application has been considered, and in this regard, an order was passed on 09.11.2024 by the respondent/contemnor. Since the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.21929 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 has been complied with, this contempt petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 09.11.2024, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
