PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.277 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who were arrested on 23.07.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 392 IPC, in Crime No.277 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 23.07.2022 the petitioners said to have snatched away 28 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant. while she was taking bath in Courtallam falls. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are an innocent person and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

No.15054 of 2022 the investigation has been completed and final report was filed in C.C.No.617 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai and some of the properties have been recovered. 5.Considering the period of incarceration and the fact that the final report has been filed before the concerned Court and committal proceedings is going on, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with stringent conditions.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Senkottai, Thenkasi District and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 01/09/2022 / TRUE COPY / 02/09/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
