Pleased to call for the records relatin g to the Judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No. 8/2014 dated 22.06.2022 on the file of the learned Special Judge cum Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kayakumari District at Nagercoil and set aside the same and acquit the Appellant/Accused from all the charges levelled against him. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8242 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.440 of 2022 dated 19.07.2022.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
