(The Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Mr.C.Mahadevan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned Senior Counsel has also made submissions on the above. 2.In view the endorsement made, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. It is made clear that withdrawal of the writ petition would not come in the way of the petitioner, in pursuing any other legal remedy, permissible under Law.
