ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5728 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5728 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Due to the financial condition of the petitioner, he unable to surrender the sureties before the concerned Court within a time as stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, the petitioner is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.5728 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted 2/4
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
