The learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, instead of recording his appearance, it has been mentioned as 'No representation for the Petitioners' in the first paragraph of the Order dated 12.12.2025 in Review Application (MD).No.84 of 2023, and therefore prayed to include his name. 3.

No representation for the Petitioners and the Respondents 6 and 7.
2. There is no merit in this application for review of the order passed by this Court rejecting C.R.P.(MD).No.1012 of 2023 filed by the petitioners, who appear to be the brothers and sister of the Late.Ganesan, who died along with his wife and minor child.
3. The challenge to the impleading of the private respondents herein, based on a reading of Section 15(1)(b) of the Hindu Succession Act, is the subject matter of suit which can be decided by the Trial Court at the behest of the petitioners as plaintiff in O.S.No.8 of 2021.
4. All the differences that are available in law can be canvassed by the petitioners before the Trial Court.
5. In view thereof, this review application is liable to be dismissed, and accordingly, it is dismissed.
