Subordinate Court, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District and transfer the same to any other competent Court either at Madurai or Dindigul forthwith. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, (i.e.,06.11.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also sent a letter, dated 31.10.2023, to the Registry in this regard.
