2. Mr.Abdul Hameed, learned counsel for Mr.J.Barathan, who accepts notice for R1, leaves to the Court on the question of condonation of delay of 97 days in filing the Writ Appeal. Service is complete on R2 & R3 and their names are printed in the cause list. However, there is no appearance.

3. We are given to understand that CMP(MD)No.13116 of 2025 has been filed by R3 herein seeking condonation of delay in filing the writ appeal challenging the same impugned order dated 26.02.2025.

4. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 97 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The names of the learned counsel who entered appearance now will continue in the cause list as and when the matter is listed.
