This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.03.2025 of the petitioner before the second respondent, which is filed pursuant to the proceedings of the first respondent dated 07.04.2025 in his proceedings bearing reference in O.Mu.No. 1431494/2025/M1, hearing has been fixed on 11.07.2025 before the third respondent.

3. It is informed that the petitioner has to appear before the third respondent to produce all the documents.

4. It is open for the petitioner to participate in the proceedings before the third respondent on the said date. The third respondent shall, thereafter, endeavor to pass final orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
