Mr.R.Ananadaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she is aged about 65 years and was doing coolie work to eke out her livelihood and due to illness she is not able to do any work and hence, she has made an application enclosing all the relevant documents for grant of old age pension under the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme to the first respondent on 27.04.2015. Based on that application enquiry was conducted. But no order was passed till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

her application, dated 27.04.2015.

4. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 27.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
