O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in his favour for the lands in Survey No.3/1 situated at Kalpiravu Village, Rajagambeeram Group, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering his representation, dated 10.03.2016.

2. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the abovesaid representation submitted by the petitioner for issuance of patta, has not been considered so far. Hence, he has come to this Court.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without expressing any view on the merits

of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.03.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
