Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.RAVISHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.2784 of 2019, dated 25/02/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The petitioner's request was for extension of time is strongly opposed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who pointed that the petitioner had already sought and obtained extension of time on three occasions.

3.The petitioner's counsel on instructions gives a solemn undertaking that the petitioner would not file any further petition for extension of time.

4.Recording the said undertaking, the petitioner is given final extension of time for a period of three more weeks. The criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
