ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 448, 323, 506(i) of I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant, abused in filthy language and attacked them with dire consequences. They sustained injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to land dispute between the petitioner's family and the defacto complainant's family, false case has been foisted against the petitioner. He is an innocent and is not committed any such alleged offences.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent Police submitted that enquiry is pending in CSR stage and no case has been registered against this petitioner.

5. Reading of the complaint shows that there is land dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the respondent is directed to complete the above said enquiry within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any trouble arise during the

course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
