(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to remove the toilet stated to have been constructed by the seventh respondent on a public property in S.No.15/B, Sub division 473/17 situated in Muthuvenkatarayapuram Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. 2.We direct the fifth respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18 November 2015 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the seventh respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
