ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the brother of the second respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CP No.624 of 2021 and during the course of the enquiry, it was found that it is civil dispute regarding the property as well as the legal heirship issue and the parties were advised to resolve the dispute through proper proceedings before the civil Court. On that ground, it was closed on 29.09.2021. 3.Similarly on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CP No.

304 of 2021 and during the course of the enquiry, it was found that there is money transaction dispute between the parties and also there is family dispute and accordingly, it was closed on 08.07.2021. 4.Since complaint and counter complaints came to be closed by advising the parties to approach through appropriate proceedings, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15486 of 2021 petition and this petition has become infructuous. 5.In view of the same, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of as infructuous.
