PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the 3rd respondent to restrict his jurisdiction only to obtain the signature from the petitioner every day by 10 A.M. on his appearance in the police station and relieve him to go away from the police station without detaining him or harassing him from in any manner. O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent police to restrict his jurisdiction, only to obtain the signature from the petitioner, every day by 10 A.M. on his appearance in the police station and relieve him to go away from the police station, without detaining him or harassing him from in any manner. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the 3rd respondent police daily, in lieu of the conditional order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai, in Crl.M.P.No.1080 of 2022 by its order, dated 28.02.2022. While the petitioner appearing before the 3rd respondent police for signing, the 3rd respondent police harassed him. Hence this petition. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government 2/5

Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner, in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai in Crl.M.P.No.1080 of 2022, dated 28.02.2022, he is appearing before the 3rd respondent police, daily. The statement is recorded.

Recording the same, the 3rd respondent police is directed to not to harass the petitioner while he is appearing before him for signing, in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai, in Crl.M.P. No.1080 of 2022 dated 28.02.2022. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
