ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed, to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8870 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1308 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 09.12.2024, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Trial Court twice in a month i.e., 1st and 3rd Monday of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. He further submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now and prayed the condition to be relaxed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13294 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed by modifying the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Trial Court once 2/4

in a month i.e., on Monday of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
