This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners without following due process of law, by considering the representation of the petitioners dated 27.10.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by one Rochsekar against the petitioners, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.173 of 2020 dated 29.08.2020 and during the enquiry, the complainant stated that since the encroachment made by the petitioners herein has been removed, no need to take further action https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
