Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R4.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks removal of the name of the private respondents from the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned property. He had given a petition dated 12.07.2022.

4. The fourth respondent is the authority competent to consider the same. The fourth respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put on notice.
