O R D E R

The present writ petition is filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the second respondent dated 01.04.2016 in Na.Ka.D3/3549/2016. However, it appears that during the pendency of the writ petition, final order has been passed by the second respondent, by an order dated 13.04.2016 and the same is under challenge in W.P(MD)No.7586 of 2016.

2.In view of the above development, the present writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
