ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct the enquiry on the basis of the third respondent issued summon in Na.Ka.No.1794/2025/Aa1 dated 27.03.2025

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that pursuant to the summons issued on 27.03.2025 to the petitioner and the third party, enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and a report was generated by the second respondent on 20.05.2025 in his proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.1794/2025/M1. He further submits that the first respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of 8 weeks.

3. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of after dispensing with notice to the respondents 4 to 6. The first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders taking note of the report, dated 20.05.2025 of the second respondent in proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No. 1794/2025/M1 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
