Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to

3. In view of the order that is going to be passed in this petition, this Court is of the view that notice need not be sent to the fourth respondent.

3.The petitioner, who has been working as Graduate Teacher (English) in Panchayat Board Middle School, Nallur, Trichy District, had sent a representation dated 29.03.2016 to the respondents requesting to transfer her from the said school to any other school situated nearby Madurai District alleging some threat and on health ground. As there was no response to the same, she has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 29.03.2016. 4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.03.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
