It is not in dispute that Thiru.Babu is the incumbent Tahsildar of Kodaikanal Town, Dindigul District. It is he who has been entrusted the duty to comply with the Court's order. Thiru.Babu alone shall be shown as the sole contemnor in the main contempt petition.

2.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title of the main contempt petition.

3.This sub application is allowed on these terms.
