PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records from the second and third respondents in their proceedings in Na.Ka.C4/35611/2011 dated 07.12.2015 and P/SC/TN/14/204(P30519) dated 22.12.2015 respectively and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to continue further supply of petroleum and diesel products.
