ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, apprehending arrest for the offence under Sections 379 IPC and Section 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, in Crime No.199 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner along with other accused has transported stones without valid permission. Hence the complaint.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has involved in three previous cases, one of which is of similar in nature, as follows: Sl.
