ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, apprehending arrest for the offence under Section 379 IPC in Crime No.189 of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The prosecution case is that the petitioner has transported three units of pond sand without valid permission. Hence the complaint.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has involved in the following four previous cases.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
