ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18002 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1260 of 2025, dated 08.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
