This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.5 of 2017 dated 29.06.2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2017 and laid a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai, against the present petitioner in C.C.No.93, 94 and 95 of 2021.
