ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 13.04.2022 in W.P(MD) No.7000 of 2022 and the subsequent order made in Cont.P.(MD) No.578 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 in W.P(MD) No.7000 of 2022.
2. The writ petitioner has filed documents in support of the alleged claim of having made payment for issuance of patta. However, it is seen from the documents filed that the amount paid is only in respect of legal heir Certificate and not in respect of patta. Therefore, there is no question of alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. It is open to the petitioner to make a necessary online application along with necessary payment for issuance of patta and subject to any such proper application being made and requisite charges being remitted, the respondent shall consider the petitioner's application and pass orders thereon within a period of eight weeks.
