ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.11.2020. 2.In the affidavit, the petitioner has contended that though the property in Door Number 1/298, M.M.Nagar, Thirumalpuram Post, is a joint family property but purchased in the name of the third respondent, the third respondent is threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises. The further contention of the petitioner is that the complaint lodged by the petitioner with the second respondent in this regard evoked no response.

3. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2020, is posted for enquiry.

W.P.(MD)No.19223 of 2020 4.Recording the said submission made learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.11.2020 and dispose the same based on findings and on merits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
