This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No. 347 of 2016 dated 12.11.2016 on the file of the respondent

Today, (i.e., 04.09.2019) when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in this case and filed a final report before the concerned court and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.218 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.
