PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction, directing the respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2020 and further not to conduct Kangaroo Court by threatening the petitioner to vacate the land in dispute. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2020 and further not to conduct Kangaroo Court by threatening the petitioner to vacate the land in dispute.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that there was a property dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6. Based on the complaint, enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.431 of 2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15485 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020 and the same was closed on 28.09.2020 itself, by advising both the parties to approach the Civil forum for their remedy.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
