O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Family Court Judge, Madurai, to complete the trial in M.C.No.50 of 2017, expeditiously.

2. Considering the nature of order being passed in this petition and it is no way prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, she filed a petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking maintenance from the respondent. The matter is pending from the year 2017. So far, trial is not commenced. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, since the matter is pending from the year 2017, the learned Family Court Judge, Madurai, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in M.C.No.50 of 2017, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
