ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachments said to have been made by the fourth respondent. The writ petitioner would point out that the second respondent had already issued the proceedings in this regard on 30.03.2010. But there is no follow up action.

2.We therefore, direct the second respondent to enquire into the matter and remove the encroachments in question after following the statutory procedure and issuing notice to the affected parties. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
