Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners.

2. They are the defendants in O.S.No.414 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Musiri. It is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the post of Additional District Munsif is presently vacant and that the Principal District Munsif, Musiri is holding additional charge.

3. Considering the fact that the suit is more than seven years old, the learned Principal District Munsif, Musiri is requested to consider giving expeditious disposal to O.S.No.414 of 2017. It is stated that the in-charge Judge is also disposing of the matters. If that be so, preference and priority shall be given for the disposal of O.S.No.414 of 2017.
