ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the petitioner while enjoying the property, on the basis of judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.32 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul, confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.132 of 2009 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2024 and in accordance with law.

2. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is interfering with his possession of the property and thereby, he sent a representation to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 has 2/4

been considered and closed on 01.08.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Since the main representation of the petitioner has been considered and closed, this Court, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if any criminal activities done by the private respondent, the petitioner can approach the second respondent by way of specific complaint.
