ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 22.02.2016 against the order of dismissal from service passed by the second respondent dated 10.02.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, based on the enquiry for certain charges levelled against the petitioner, the second respondent dismissed the petitioner from service on 10.02.2016. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal dated 22.02.2016 before the first respondent. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed by the petitioner dated 22.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
