The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar, has not disposed of S.C.No.84 of 2018 till date. He also drew the attention of this Court to the extract of B-Diary and contended that so far no witness has been examined.

2.In the light of the said facts, the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar, is directed to bestow his present attention and dispose of S.C.No.84 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible.

3.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
