Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUNDARAPANDIAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/4

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10646 of 2023 on 16.06.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10646 of 2023 on 16.06.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
