Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to include the petitioner's deceased Husband's ( Kandasamy ), name and the petitioner's name in the legal heir certificate of the petitioner's father-in-law ( Late ) Karuppannan, issued by the 2nd respondent, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 09/01/2020.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought by the petitioner has been answered in her favour, by proceedings dated 22.01.2021. A copy of the said proceeding has also been produced before this Court for perusal. This Court therefore finds that the names of the petitioner's deceased Husband, Kandasamy as well as the petitioner have been included in the legal heir certificate of the petitioner's father-in-law, late.Karuppannan, issued by the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
