ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/4

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, in Crime No.130 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 14.06.2022, with cost of Rs.5,000/-. The said cost was imposed, since the petitioner has filed the second petition for bail without any change of circumstances. He is having one previous case. However, the petitioner again approached this Court by filing this petition seeking anticipatory bail, since he had paid the cost and the co-accused has already been released on bail and no recovery has been made from the petitioner.

3.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, though this Court wants to dismiss the petition with costs, however, this Court is not imposing any costs, hoping that the petitioner may correct himself in future. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 21/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
