ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Crime No.53 of 2020, dated 19.09.2020, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the complainant, investigation was conducted. After completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.445 of 2022. Further, the said C.C.No.445 of 2022 was already quashed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.14157 of 2022 by the order dated 05.08.2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
