ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petitions seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 respondent to consider his representation

dated 21.10.2015 for the purpose of issuing duplicate educational certificates of the petitioner.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, it is stated that criminal case has already been registered against the persons who have cheated the petitioner. However, no steps have been taken to secure the accused and to ascertain whether the certificates mentioned in the affidavit are available with him or not. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petitions.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
