ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is some confusion in the typed set of papers as materials pertaining to a different case have inadvertently been mixed up with the present case. Accordingly, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal revision case, with liberty to file a fresh revision case on the same cause of action.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted to withdraw this revision case with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action, within a period of two weeks.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
