O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue tender application to the petitioner for shop numbers 6614 at Pulitchankadu in Pudukkottai District by virtue of tender notification issued by the respondent on 26.7.2019 vide Na.Ka.No.A2/2191/2019 and Ve.Aa.No.51/Se.Ma.Tho.A/Pudukkottai/2019 dated 26.7.2019 for the altered tender dated 11.9.2019, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.8.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that tender application has already been given to the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the acknowledgment given by the petitioner.

3.Since the request of the petitioner has already been satisfied, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
